the first snag
well i hit my first real snag in the building project today. the elevator that is so cool may have to be replaced if i want to use it as a residential space. this would be bad for two reasons. first, the elevator is realy neat-o. second, it would cost about $100,000 to put in a new one. see what i mean.
for now everything is still on but it will depend on what the state elevator guy says about it.
if he says it has to be replaced then i may buy the building and turn it into storage and still be able to use the roof to watch the baseball games.
i know it is kinda selfish but say some prayers that things work out well. i know they can't go any other way than right, but it would still be nice to see my plans come out.
