"Dream therapy"? Does that mean you help people when they have problems with their dreams?

Basically yes. Dreams are doors into the mind. They can be very perplexing, but can show tell-tale signs of a person's inner thoughts.

Really? I always thought they were kind of random. I always get the stuff like walking around on one day, then some crazy adventure the next.

Oh, they are random, but normally for a reason. If everything was so clear-cut, we wouldn't be such complicated beings.

I can't argue about that. You can really fix dreams just by talking about them, though?

It's not really so simple. Therapy takes months and sometimes years to show real effects, but the process I use does speed up recovery. Normally people look for help with dream therapy when they have reoccurring dreams that are disturbing them. Having one or two bad dreams every now and then is normal. Having a bad one repeat continuously isn't.
