[The ordeal is finally over. Thank goodness too. But...Paprika knows well enough that trauma has a longer lasting effect. Being reminded of that trauma does not make it better. So she's going to address the public. Her tone is incredibly somber, a far cry from the usual cheeriness she expresses.]
Everyone made it out well I hope? They sure know how to mess around with everyone in here.
...You know, talking helps. I work as a psychotherapist back home and I just want people to know that they should talk about what they experienced this past week with the hallucinations. If not to me, then to somebody. A close friend, a family member, a lover- just somebody you know you can trust. Nobody seems to realize it as first, but it helps to talk.
I know not everyone is going to understand right away, but trust me talking to someone helps you in the long run. Bottling in your feelings only makes them build up and tears you up inside. It doesn't make things better, it makes them worse. Even if you have to talk to yourself at least get it out of your system. It's incredibly therapeutic and you will feel better in the end. It won't go away right away, but it will lessen the effect.
That's all I wanted to say about this.
...On a final note - riddle me this. What good does a stack of blank pages do on a clipboard? [She doesn't want to say anything
about the woman in the tunnels directly, knowing that she was afraid of the Organization, but hopefully this will be indirect enough that people who met her will pick up on it]
