[Good evening Luceti. Are you all doing well? Lets hope you're getting some good rest and shut eye because it's usually a long day in the craziest village ever

[It's a traditional tatami-floored Japanese building, the doors open to the yard so that the scent and sound of summer-afternoon rain drifts inside. Ayumu is in the middle of the room, fighting her way through a seemingly endless stream of Choushuu ronin filtering in the doors. Just past them she can see Susumu (whose appearance flickers between the younger Susumu she knows and the older one from Luceti) but there are so many of them, and she's only armed with a small knife. Still she keeps fighting, determined to reach him.]
[Paprika hears some fighting going on from her entry point and begins to run towards the noise, changing into her Monkey King garbs on the way. Once she gets the scene and sees Ayumu her eyes widen. Another fighting dream?]
Need some help? [She doesn't wait for an answer and begins using the staff to thwack some of the ronin against their heads. This girl looks like she could use some help]
[She's surprised to suddenly have any help, but especially help from an unfamiliar person dressed in even more unfamiliar clothing. Though she's distracted for barely a fraction of a second, it's sufficient time for one of the men to come up behind her and strike her in the back of the head with a staff. Ayumu topples forward, her eyes moving toward where she'd last seen Susumu, but even as she hits the ground....
...she's standing in her familiar kitchen, hair pulled up under its usual cloth and sleeves tied back. She picks up the kitchen knife and begins chopping vegetables as though that's what she had been doing all along.]
The first time making a friend. First time drinking.
In this case, the first time meeting me. [She then takes a sip from her cup, yes she has a cup now that was always there, and smiles a little.] We're in your dream.
[Ayumu grows still for a moment, considering that. Jarring, certainly. And strange. But... she doesn't disbelieve it. Except that she's never met this person before. That's the really strange part.]
If this is my dream, why are you here?
[Casual she may sound, but she hasn't put the knife down. Ah, suspicion.]
[She considers a moment longer, then sets down the knife and reaches up to remove the cloth on her head, absently shaking out her hair once it's free.]
Not originally, but I'm there now. I just arrived a few days ago.
A few days ago, huh? Interesting. [So it looks like everyone she was meeting comes from this place.] Is it nice? I haven't exactly seen the place myself yet.

[Well. She doesn't seem unfriendly, whoever she is. Ayumu gives a mental shrug, wondering what made her dreams so odd tonight.]
My name is Ayumu. Do you often visit other peoples' dreams?
