Suggestion/question/idea post.
Hi guys!
As I get ready for round three here, I've got a couple questions/comments/funtimes. I'm curious if everything is going smoothly or you guys would like to see anything changed. I've got a handy dandy poll for you to fill out, but feel free to leave a comment if you feel stymied.

I'm also contemplating having unscreened comments for voting. Just thinking about it.
I think it would be helpful to have a rapport between the voters and the participants. Voters would be able to explain why something was done, participants could expand on their reasons. Again, nothing too concrete.
Any thoughts? Concerns?

I'm also looking for a co-mod. I plan to travel a teensy bit over the summer and would like the next round to continue uninterrupted, if possible.
I'm not looking for too much: punctual, resourceful, and attentive to detail (all to a degree, of course ;)).

Experience: Prior experience isn't necessary, but please be aware that experience will play a role in deciding.
Time available for modding: Doesn't have to be too much. I probably spend 2-3 hours per challenge, depending on difficulty of challenge themes/amount of participants or voting/etc.
