Still having trouble "getting through" to LJ - for some reason my browser doesn't like it any more. Got in today, though, so a quick post....
Spring cleaning, before the monsters in the closets come out and take over the house. There are things in the closets I swear I've never seen before. Serial episodes of "Hoarders" on Netflix provide plenty of inspiration.
Blackwork and sewing ideas starting to bubble. Apparently my brain really is solar-powered, it takes some spring sunshine to get me fired up and moving.
Waiting on the VA for shoulder surgery for Himself - he's finally got an ortho consult, IN A MONTH. Good thing he's only in constant pain and unable to use his left arm, huh? Thank you, sir, for your service.
Have an all-day appointment on Tuesday for neuro-psych testing - although the neurologist told me there's "nothing neurologically wrong" and I have "only ONE lesion in my brain" and a bunch of other hooey, he did recommend testing before he kicked me to the curb. Too bad nobody noticed this recommendation (filed last November) until a couple of weeks ago, we might be a lot farther forward. The Dr for Tues is at least LISTENING, which is more than I can say for old Dr Taser-And-Voodoo-Needles. We'll see.
