Your main fandom of the year?
Still Takarazuka, though I've also dabbled in Doctor Who.
Your favourite film watched this year?
I think that has to be Thor, which was beautiful and well constructed.
Your favourite book read this year?
I discovered Steven Brust's Dragaera cycle this year. It isn't perfect (oh, the rants I could write about sheer sloppiness), but exceedingly enjoyable and giving me food for thought as a writer.
Your favourite album or song to listen to this year?
I've been rather fond of Nightwish lately, but in general this has been the year of not much music, due to still having a temporary setup at home without good speakers. I need to get my study done.
Your favourite TV show of the year?
For all that I've mainlined it in a week, BOSS/BOSS 2 :D I've also followed Doctor Who, Castle, Once Upon a Time, White Collar and Downton Abbey, plus Tiger&Bunny when it was on, which is the most television I've watched in a good - five years at least?
Your favourite LJ community of the year?

Your best new fandom discovery of the year?
BOSS again, which is supremely irritating because there is no English fandom or fics at all, and yet I ship Eriko/Nodate (yes, in this order) like burning.
Your biggest fandom disappointment of the year?
Takarazuka 2011 Daigekijou lineup in general. Kiriyan's sayonara kouen being about Edward VIII. Maki Ichiro not playing Elisabeth in the 2012 run (though I can understand that very well because it's a monster of a four-month run all over Japan and she's a single mother now).
Your TV fandom boyfriend of the year?
Don't have one, I think. This year I've been watching practically all television for female characters.
Your TV fandom girlfriend of the year?
A draw between Amy Pond and Eriko.
Your biggest squee moment of the year?
Madame Ichiro in general <3 Fantastic reviews for Anna Karenina, Ritardando, the fact both Anna Karenina and Ritardando are now on DVD, her concert (and the fact I have chirashi for it <3), and now Onnatachi no Chuushingura. AND HER BLOG.
The most missed of your old fandoms?
Bigger/active fandoms in general. I may be getting too old to keep up with them.
The fandom you haven't tried yet, but want to?
Doctor Who. I am tempted to fic, often, but the fandom scares me. Especially Ten/Rose fanatics, because personally I loved Nine/Rose, but Ten in general is... meh.
Your biggest fan anticipations for the New Year?
Tsukigumi top star announcements, and whatever Madame Ichiro does next. If she's in anything in the autumn/winter (as it looks she may well be), I am not saying J12 won't happen.
