Jersey Boys to End Melbourne Run In July; Opening in Sydney Set for September
The Tony, Grammy and Olivier Award-winning musical Jersey Boys, which opened at Melbourne's Princess Theatre July 4, 2009, will end its run at that Australian venue July 25, having played 453 performances.
The production, which garnered ten Victorian Green Room nominations, will then open in Sydney at the Theatre Royale Sept. 18 following previews that begin Sept. 3.
The Australian cast features Bobby Fox as Frankie Valli, Scott Johnson as Tommy DeVito, Glaston Toft as Nick Massi and Stephen Mahy as Bob Gaudio.
