Many shows are shuttering in the coming months. As theatre lovers, we are more than familiar with saying goodbye to our favorite shows and performances and inviting new ones to begin.
That being said, which shows do you wish could continue on, in the form of filmed stage productions? Sunday in the Park with George and Passing Strange did it. Patti's Gypsy was thisclose to it. Would you want the production as is, or fit for the new medium?
I personally would have loved to see Grey Gardens filmed. Obviously the original cast of A Chorus Line. Geoffrey Rush's performance in Exit the King. Boeing-Boeing.
