(no subject)
So I am back in K-town for good now. No more trips back home for quite some time!
The parentals wanted me to stay until Friday to go to the dentist because I am way overdue to go, but I seriously was going crazy. I was soooooooo bored and their guilt trip routine on everything in my life was getting really really old. SO YAY! I AM BACK HOME!!
School starts on Mon and I am so excited. honestly. I am so bored. And when school starts I will be right back into the thick of EVERYTHING. Glengarry will be full force, Vogt C lighting starts on the 25th, Vagina starts right away and goes up feb 12/13, planning reading week trip to see shannon and my royalty asses, and school and work on top of that! who knows what else might fall my way as well.
I have been working on my vag monologue and i have it halfway memorized. I have until Thurs to have it all done so I know that can happen no problem. I have been playing around with her and seeing where she is during that moment of her life. She has some really funny lines that seem to be from a place of comfort with her body now, but most of the monologue she is discussing how she hated her vagina most of her life until Bob came along. So I have some room to play with her wittiness and her vulnerability. I have a few choices to make, but it is going well!
Tomorrow I am heading into school to check out the pimpified kitchen in the green-room! my lover keith yelled at me on new years for my non-existant presence in the green-room so I am required to continue living there. Also I am going to pick up my books for this semester. its more than likely going to cost around $100, but there are a couple books I already have. One of them being Wicked for my fantasy lit class! I laughed my ass off when I saw it at the top of my book list. lmao I am actually excited to start picking that book apart and discuss all the political and social themes in it. The new class that I am most excited for is my DRAM 239 class. STAGE COMBAT baby! I am so excited to kick people's asses every friday for three hours! could you ask for a more KICK ASS class? honestly. . . lmao i'm a dork. plus some of my really close Drama friends are in the class to. . . WATCH OUT KAT!! ur ass is MINE. and it doesn't hurt that the teacher is extremely hot, young, works at the Stratford Festival and I have already gotten drunk with him! hehehehe gotta love it
