back to basics

We only have 400 megs left on the computer (out of 30 gigs), and I can't run Photoshop. This means I have to go back to graphite and paper for drawing. Why is your computer so full, and why don't you take some of the stuff off that you're not using? (I realize it's a family computer, but, even family has programs they only use, like, once a year.)

Most of it is my dad's Indian music crap that he downloads because he thinks we have unlimited space or something. =/

Well, can you transfer it to an MP3 player for him or some cds for him to listen to? I'm sure he'd appreciate not having to be at a computer to listen to his music, you just have to pose the suggestion to him the right way.
