Good Morning Internet! Today, buzzy is going dress-shopping and her typing sucks.
Ray Kowalski and Benton Fraser are on a plane bound for Sitka, Alaska and Ray's just figured out that Fraser's great plan for avoiding border control is to walk to the North West Territories rather than hit the American-Canadian border and get turned back (Vampires are not welcome in Canada - otherwise known as the Canada Dry Law) and this is so not a good idea. Unfortunately, they are in the back of a plane that isn't theirs with some people who have no intention of giving them a free ride. Oh, and as an added bonus, vampires aren't immune to cold, they just can't feel it and taking somebody cold-blooded into a really large freezer is really not a good idea.
Ray's Uncle Marty calls this a "frog in a blender" situation.
[Lord knows what dead!Bob makes of this - he probably isn't amused, son]
My only problem is I can hear the boys talking, but not loud enough to hear what they are saying. It's as confusing as only due South's brand of Canadian content conundrums can be. I wonder if Ray can hear Bob, being kind-of dead as he is. BTW: Ray has Lipton in his cupboard just in case his mum comes round to his decision to join the Benevolent Vampire Society and then comes round to visit. Since she's in Arizona; it's unlikely.
[what contiguous state has the longest daylight hours? It's something worth considering.}
p.s. this makes me think of the ds_flashfiction entry with the eggs and parachutes. oh my.
big thang-ish project,
writing blather,
big bang project
