Making Pasta




First we had to Kneed the dough until it was springy





Then we left it for 30 minutes to make basil & walnut pesto (Should leave it for longer, but we were short on time)
After which we had to roll it out and put it through Lorna's pasta maker numerous times - thinning it out, then folding it over and repeating the process.



Finally we ran through the flattened pasta sheets through the fettucini sized cutter and left it to hang (actually we cooked some on the spot and chowed down.  Delicious with a bit of chopped tomatoes.)





Easy As!!!
