I saw this photo today, and here's what went through my head (in this order):
1. Wtf is that on Sarah-Jessica's head?
2. Likewise Kim's head - is she trying to support S-J? And what is that big floof of material on her right boob?
3. Oh, I see. Kim's taken a piece of Cynthia's dress, dyed it red and stuck it to herself. Cos otherwise, where has the rest of Cynthia's dress gone? You can't even see where that split ends.
4. That other chick who played Charlotte... either she's nervous to be hugging a half-naked bi lady, or she's crazy. Probably the latter.
