Movers are scheduled to arrive tomorrow morning. The new place has been set up with utilities, broadband access and wi-fi. Mlle. L. has already made a few trips over with her belongings. I'm hoping to have as many of mine as possible on the truck for a single trip, though I know there will be subsequent returns for things I didn't think to pack. A largely ignored Batman cookie jar remains in a hall closet, and I'm certain I'll promptly forget about it once I finish this sentence.
Miro's prior departure has made this a little easier, I suppose. I've been adjusting to not living with the guy. The next transition will be adjusting to a new living environment. The new place has turned out rather nicely, overall. There is at least one cute young lady living across the way with two others slated to move in shortly. Not that I'll take advantage of that in all likelihood, but it's nice to know there are perks to the transition. Attractive women should be appreciated wherever you find them, I figure.
Time to dismantle the Batcave.
