Thursday, after a rousing week of birthdays and deaths I went over to the Community Church in Edgecomb and made 2 more interior storm windows for my mother's house.
She has these extra large windows, so it felt like I was working on a single window forever where as everyone around me had finished multiple windows. But I got 2 done today. with some help from the folks who were patiently waiting for me to finish.
Not complaining too much as these windows work great. I made one last week as a test and my mother as 65+ year old lady had no problems with getting into the frame. She was a happy camper and as you can tell has asked me to make more.
On a side note there was a gentleman there who was making a storm for his stain glass window. He has the frame all rigged out. a slight arc across the top and stained wood to match frame.
I was all impressed.
