i love and hate it when my bosses are out. i feel much freer, but i slack way worse than normal (which is an awful lot to begin with). i feel guilty, but at the same time..., i wish i was one of those people who get up and are glad to go to work and just glow when they talk about it. yes, i actually know people like that, and yes, they are a bit nauseating.
sooo, first lj entry. i got nothing. there is a reason i avoided these things for so long. stupid peer pressure to be one of the in crowd. btw, that was a reference to the 1988 movie called "the in crowd" based on American Bandstand in Philly in the 50s. my high school was used as a backdrop for one of the scenes. except they had the character wear a hallahan uniform and she was right out front of the statue of st. therese on little flower ground. ohhh! turf war!
