oh my oh my...
This has been a long day...4 hours straight of sound and movement is just intense in every since of the word. but it's great!
So at then end of it all we were talking about speaking and listening with your whole body all the time. and I then remembered that I had those moments of utter excitement and joy and thrill this summer with Schulyer and others. I remember it was such a wonderful overwhelming feeling that all i could do was smile and laugh and jump up and down. Each one of those moments were spurned by some conversation about art and theatre and humanity and soul and all that amazing stuff. I was amazing and i miss them. yet it made me remember again that this is what i have to be doing and however hard it is at times that feeling is why i do it. If i could one day move an audience in that sort of a way than i have been a successful artist. To be able to move and change a human soul is what it's all about. I guess it's my form of religion...
some one said that acting is like praying and that is really starting to ring true....
