What am I thinking?
In case you're wondering, this is basically the only thing Im thinking about:

So, if the Sharks win their next two games, which would put them @ the same number of games as the Avs and Oilers, but with 80 points, they'd be in 6th place (since they would have fewer wins than the Avs). Anaheim is playing well enough that we can assume they will win their 2 also, so that would put the Sharks in 7th. The Sharks are still _very_ much in the playoff race. Beating the Avs yesterday was big this late. It keeps them nearly in reach of the avs through games in hand only.
Last season didn't happen cause of the lockout, so I need the Sharks to make the playoffs and do well. Looking at the current points and how teams are going, they have a very good chance of a re-match against the Calgary Flames (currently in 3rd. Should win their division thus guaranteeing 1st-3rd finish.)
Wouldn't that be an awesome series?
The Sharks have been playing well. Keep it up and we'll have some fun this Spring!
