LOL, I always want to huggle Ianto. :) Hmm, can't speak to other writers but I enjoy the Ianto!whumping because he's so gorgeous when he's sad. :D Plus I like to think of ways to make him smile again.

i don't think i'd ever be happy about brendan going away but i kinda am. not that i still don't love the boy, and i'm happy that he brought a little happiness and sanity to my dear yan-yan but i think ianto is right, he needs space to think about what he wants, and who he wants. if i didn't already know that jack was going to come back a (somewhat) changed man i would be all for brendan taking a much more permanent place in ianto's life but... we all know that isn't meant to be. well unless you decide to change some S2 cannon. i could probably ramble on for many more paragraphs about my feelings but really it wouldn't end up making much sense. So i'll just leave this here, feeling slightly melancholy but very happy that the next chappie will have much jamie (whom i vow to love til my dying day) and the knowledge that ianto has a slightly better outlook on the future! and of course much love and praise to button for the fabulosity of both herself and her story.

*blushes* Oh thank you hun! I do love your comments! You are so right about Brendan leaving - the time is right and Ianto has some serious decisions to make. LOL, Season 2 will be canon, I promise. When I finish all my canon fics, maybe I'll go crazy and try an AU, but not until I'm done. :D
