Wow. I hope the ACLU sues on behalf of the entire class of those with disabilities and their families. Even if I was willing to get the scan instead of the horrible groping I don't have a choice because the kids won't make it through on their own. I really don't remember giving up my rights when I had kids, unless you count the right to sleep, which I fully knew was going away.
