So I finished at work, for now at least (looks like it's going to be part-time when I get back next year, but I am secretly waiting for a divine intervention in the form of the perfect job offer) and it was a wonderful day and they showered my with leaving presents and money (you ba-utey) and I truly thought "how wonderful", and that they meant it

Ahhh you're leaving! How exciting for you!! Um tip for Paris, fingerless gloves are overrated. Noone needs to move their fingers when its that cold. Buy real gloves. But its all blue skies :)

ahhh merci, merci. 'Fingerless gloves' sont a la mode? C'est absolument fou. Je serai a Paris le 4 Decembre. Des cielles blues me feraient tres heureuse. Tu es a Paris ce moment?! Ca te plait?! Quand va tu retourner en Australie? M'excuses pour mon francias. Ca fait longtemps depuis je fais du practice. Je vais faire une course intensive de la conversation francaise quand je suis a Paris. Deux heures par jour pendant cinq jours. Probablement j'apprenderai rien, mais je suis neanmoins enthousiaste de parler francais avec quelqu'un. Dit-mes tes nouvelles, tu es toujours trop breve!
