fringe
For those of you who sew or are crafty...do you have any red or black fringe you no longer need? I decided to make my flapper dress for halloween this year, and the fringe from Jo-Ann Fabrics is more expensive than I thought it would be. It's about $5/yard, and I've already purchased 6 yards, which is not nearly enough to cover the dress. I am looking for some cheaper fringe. Please also let me know if you know of any stores that would have cheaper fringe. Thanks :)
