(no subject)
It's been a long day. Interesting morning too:
- 8:00 - Woke up to the lovely sound of hammering. This is getting fucking old, they seriously need to stop with this shit at 8am.
- 8:30 - Couldn't fall back asleep, decided to stay up and turned my alarm off.
- After 8:30 - Somehow fell back asleep.
- 10:51 - Woke up...thought to myself 'Oh, I still have 9 minutes before I'm supposed to get up.'
- 10 seconds later - Realized it was Thursday, NOT Wednesday, and I had to be in class at 11am. Jumped out of bed and threw clothes on.
- 10:58 - Left the house.
- 11:?? - Got to school, began to look for a parking spot. Of course there weren't any. So I parked illegally, hoped I wouldn't get a ticket, and ran to class.
- 11:13 - Walked into class. The teacher hadn't started yet...he started the second I sat down.
So I actually made it to class. From waking up, it took 22 minutes to get dressed, drive to school, park, and walk to class. I'm impressed, hahaha =)
After my second class I went to lunch with Elyse at Moe's. Moe's is the best fast food restaurant ever. If any of you haven't tried it before...go asap. So lunch was very yummy, then I dropped her at her class. Came home, did a few things, went to pick her up and we went shopping at Dadeland.
So we are walking through the mall, and some man stops us. He asks how old we are. We're like "Why do you wanna know how old we are?" He says he is looking for people a certain age. We're confused...but tell him we are 19 and 20. He's like "Oh, ok..nevermind." I'm like "Why, what was it? Do you have to be 21?" He says "No...you have to be 17 or under." "Uhhhh...you think we look under 17??" "Umm..yes" "Uhhhhhh" "No, it's a good thing." "Why is it a good thing that we look like children?" "Well, when you are older you will look younger. You won't want to look old then."
So apparently I look like a child. Elyse and I were highly offended by this. I was just on the phone with Daniel and told him what happened. He said I look about 16-17. WTF?? Do I really look this young? I didn't think I looked 16. Please comment on this...tell me how old I look, hahaha.
I'm home now. I'm really tired, can't wait to sleep in tomorrow. And you all know what tomorrow night is...FSU game!!!!!!!
