And it's been since June since I last posted. Yes lots happened in that time span. I got married...Ok no, no I didn't,I just wanted to write that for some reason.
But I did get to go to Hawai'i for Christmas/New years. So that was fun.
Got my hemodialysis catheter that was in my neck removed the day before I left for vacation. A present from my doctor. That was an experience,I would have to get a nurse who tried to sing to me, while I got it removed. That was funny yet awkward.
Came back with some major leg ademia. Wasn't drinking that much fluids either!Actually I know what it is...My legs are sharing the pain of my brother's knees. Actually it's a common occurance in my family; since i'm close to my mom and brother, if one of us gets sick or hurtone or both will sometimes start with the sympathy symptoms.
My mom was the one who would be feling pain since I was still living here with her at the time, especially when I had problems with my older first PD catheter.
With no telling her she would ask me if I hurt and she already knew the answer. Now that I am living with my brother and he had a knee replacementr his other knee is compensating,so i'm gettingn ademia. And im not even drinking that much to begin with.
I already don't like eating because of the dietary restrictions and since my phosphorus is over the level it should be, I just don't want to eat. Since i'm now fluid restricted, i'm training myself to ignore my thirst as long as I can so I don't get in trouble about the ademia.
Hard, but the left over giant candy cane bar/roll candy helps keep my mouth moist, plus the smell of pepermint, especially after I brush my teeth. Gotta take care of my teeth!
Well thats about it for now gonna lay back down and listen to some Hawaiian music I picked up
