pin wheel
So Ive spent almost all day, doing a project that was assigned today. And Im done! GASP. Ive never done that before. Ive never started a project ON the day it was assigned and finish it ON the same day. Usually if I start it ill put it off and finish it the night before its due. But this was a fun little project, so now I dont know wtf to do for three hours on wednesday when I get to class.
The instructor showed us a video of artists who make art from stuff that others consider trash. You know...the whole "using bottle caps to decorate your belt" or "turning a license plate into a photo album cover case". Stuff like that. I swear them nigguhs was on drugs especially two ppl. This man had a SHITLOAD of crap in his house there was no personal space at all. And a lady, iono if you stepped into her house it would remind you of that one movie about the toys coming alive.
Well anyway the instructor said she wanted us to make a piece of art using used household products. The first thing that popped into my mind was all the garbage bags stocked up under my sink. I use them for my garbage containers but Ive got too much. And iono wtf to turn all that shit into...other than the fact that I can just give them to Heather or Jessi and theyll use it for smoking week.
I remember all those photoboards that I dont need anymore and thought I could make little pin wheels out of them. So once class was done I went to the crabtree to buy a pin wheel from the sanrio store. By the time I got on capital I realized I couldve just went on the internet to see how to fuckin make a pin wheel.
So for ten hours of making pinnies and sitting to watch the telly...Ive finally finished. Three different pin wheels and sorta look like flowers stuck into this mound of clay that I dont use anymore. I made a little emo bunny and added it along with two hearts. yaaay!
