Things they DON'T tell you
There's a lot about pregnancy they don't tell you. One is that a second pregnancy ISN'T easier because you've done it before. It is, in fact, totally different.
They also don't tell you that abdominal scars HURT when you carry baby weight behind them. Any amount. Some warning would have been nice. Instead, I get to wake up to it, thinking my stomach accidentally burst while I was sleeping, as that is how it felt. Now it's like the day after my c-section all over again.... except I've managed to get a stupid stomach bug and can't keep anything down. GRRRRRR!!!!! Of course, my three day weekend with my husband (who has been working at least 10 hours a day) is going to be ruined by my stomach..... I wonder if they can change that sucker out this time when they take the twins? :) At least I'm in a good mood. :)
