Random k-pop thoughts while I do laundry...
As much as I hated the white hair when TOP did that to me (yes, I took it personally), I'm really kind of digging the soft fluffy blonde hair he has going on right now. No ajussi, no Duke Nukem, no Johnny Bravo. Just nice soft ashy blonde. Thumbs up.
And on a similar shallow note (I swear, k-pop has made me have more conversations/thoughts about boys' hair than I ever would've thought myself capable of) how much am I LOVING Jaejoong's short hair? He looks so manlyyyy and I'm digging it so hard. Plus, all the gifs of him in Protect the Boss are just golden. Love his fail and his bb cream and his suits. <3 I'd include one if I didn't think LJ would damn my entry to the nether regions of hell for even trying.
Lastly...I hate to say this, because if you all didn't already know, I'm like a HUGEHUGE Taeyang stan but....
His lives are becoming so disappointing to me. I mean, he hardly sings, and his breath control is awful. Like, I realize that long concerts are demanding and he does very heavy, complex choreo but...I watch him in concert to see him sing, not to see him dance. So I wish he'd do a little less of the latter and a little more of the former. I watched his solo stage in BIGSHOW 2011 and just...bleh. I miss the days of his HOT concert, he was fantastic live in that show, and kept up some fairly demanding choreo at the same time. IDK. He should just be getting better, not worse, right? It's like chewing glass to say this, but I don't want to be a stan who pretends their bias is faultless.
