**For my Houston friends** Friday night at the Engine Room (midnight to dawn) is a techno party (aka rave). If you love to dance then you should come out. I've been a couple of times, and I will be going again this Friday. It's always a good time- dancing and dancing until you feel like you could fly!
I have windows I do not use, unless Nature decides to entertain me with a storm. Panic, anxiety and stress are all work-related symptoms I possess on a Monday - Friday basis. Society, and my desire to not have bad credit or end up homeless, demands that I have a full-time job. Society should prescribe my Xanax.
Full-time job: not living, but working away about a fourth of your good years, and trying to cram what life you can in on the weekends.
Life really is good to me, at the moment. It's almost dream-like. But for most of that day, the dream is one of those easily forgotten and when it finally turns into a blissful fantasy it's time to wake-up (or in this case, go to bed). Work's just been rough and busy, and really doesn't pay enough- and it all adds up to just enough stress to make me spiral a little downwards.
I always have a bright side though, and I'm looking forward to having a few editing jobs soon. And a few modeling gigs, hopefully. But we'll just have to wait and see about all of that. In the meantime, homelife is great- cooking, painting, cuddling, sleeping in. The only thing I could really want, is more time with friends. Especially friends I haven't seen in so long.
And I want to go camping.
