My kids make my life
So my darling daycare kids. They are a special bunch most days. This afternoon took the cake though.
Completly unprompted, one of my boys tromped over in blue heals from our "home/dress up" area. I told him he was adorable (and cringed cuz in those heals he's nearly as tall as me!!!) The next thing i know same boy is wearing a sparkly pink cowboy hat, lace gloves and a red scarf.
And the other 5 boys join in.
They were ADORABLE!!! Oh how I wish I had my camera with me today. They were all prancing around, doing Michael Jackson impersonations and acting how they believe girls would act. (While my girls all watched them with raised eyebrows and made Canadian flags).
Then they went outside like that and waved to the other teacher who nearly went into labour from laughter.
Awww, they were just so so cute. I love my boys. I hope they do it again. I'd love photos of that.
Kinda awesome too that they were getting in touch with their feminine sides during Pride Week. And I'm proud to say not one comment was made negative or otherwise, about the dress up being "gay"
