Friday Grrrl..
Yeah!! I MADE IT TO FRIDAY!?!?!? I am still dragging-ass, tho. But the weekend is right around the corner. I've already drank a huge latte' (OiBoy made me one, this morning to WAKE me up -such a sweet boy :) and am now working on a 32 oz cup of java. Zoom..Zoom!
I'm doing a head count for OiBoy's birthday party Saturday night and we're probaly going to have around FORTY people. WOW!! We are so blessed with so many cool friends. We're going to take over Star Pizza with a bunch of sober..crazy..birthday..fools. It should be alot of fun. Sara and I are going to do the Birthday dash tonight to pick up his presents and other Birthday errands.
Last night was "OK". Wendy and Sara stopped by and went with me to Santa Maria to pick up "Mandy" (a girl that wants me to sponsor her). Santa Maria was a TRIP! There are 35 girls/women living there and trying to stay sober.. most with their KIDS!?!?! That place is so cool. Mandy has a 3-month old son. Mandy has 3-months clean. Her baby had to go thru cocaine-withdrawl at BIRTH! That sux.. He is so beautiful. Sara and I got our "baby fix". This disease makes me cRaZy! Fucking crazy.. And I think I've got it bad, sometimes. Whatever..
I can't wait for this work day to BE OVER WITH. ((smile))
