ok guys, i need some feedback and help.
my therapist wants me to think about the things that will indicate that i am "recovered". not only from the anorexia, but also from ptsd, depression etc. everything. how will i know that i am ready to end treatment/therapy. GOALS that i want to have for us to work on/towards.
i have come up with a few which i will post later, but i am interested to know what you all think, from what you know of me here... what would be some good goals for me to have? what should i work on? you can post comments annonymously if you dont want me to know who wrote it. i dont mind. i want honesty!! how do you see me?
what goals do YOU have? what are YOU working on in therapy? how will you know when you are "healthy"?
it is a hard assignment... i want some feedback you guys!
