Organizing mode
Yep I have hit it. I am in the "Must get everything in its place before the semester starts" mode. It happens every semester. I am endeavoring to make sure that everything is lined up for a great start of the semester. I have a ton of reading as I am taking three English classes one is writing intensive and then I also am in advanced creative writing that even though it is not labeled writing intensive it really is. I do have a new MacBook Pro that I am learning to use and so far am loving. I am making the switch now as I have a few creative projects to work on and I am wanting to get into photo editing. Must remember to pick up a copy of Photoshop for the Mac.
Today James took down the monster Mac G4 Tower that was on the desk and cleaned it up for me so that I had a place for my school things. This makes me really happy. I am excited about it. I am sitting at the desk right now as I type. I do need to find a good office chair though as I will be spending a lot of time doing homework. Course I can always do homework in bed. That is the advantage of the laptop over the desktop!
I also saw the neuro today. He wants me to see the pain doc tomorrow for long term management and see another spinal specialist as the last one I saw was a complete idiot and non helpful. So will call make appointment tomorrow.
So far all they can tell me is that I have some narrowing of my spinal cord. That is what they think is causing all my issues.
I have my disability appeal hearing on March 5th. Wish me luck. It would really be awesome if they could actually give it to me without too many appeals.
