Because being a vampire is hilarious.
Looks like such! Less, uh, ridiculously skimpy outfit, but still flamboyant and butterflies. Also he's wearing leather pants. :|b If it's daytime, he'll have a parasol!
Backstory:
Became a vampire, hid it from his family and made minions (ie. his homunculus in canon); killed and devoured his family. If he bites a virgin, they become a vampire minion. :3c
Kazuki and Tokiko are vampire hunters, and they keep killing his minions.
He doesn't have a heartbeat, breath, and won't show up in mirrors. He can smell blood - and if they're an alien/something not human, it smells differently (ie. ZEX's, which smells bad to him due to being an alien and not vampire food, therefore doesn't smell tasty).
