Signs, signs, everywhere are signs!!!
Today was really freaky...I mean *really* freaky!! I got signs everywhere that I'm supposed to be doing this new John Cena fansite. OK, sign number uno... I went to pay my cable bill today and while I was there, I asked about some ppv posters, just to see if they had any, well, I walked out of there with 5 PPV posters, some dating way back. The lady that gave them to me said she just found them that morning and get this: 3 of them had John on them. Along with the posters, she hands me 3 brand new, still wrapped WWE DVDS, one was The Undertaker's Tomb Stone DVD which has his match with John from Vengeance 2003 on it. She just handed over this stuff to me and said, 'here, you can have these too'... That was weird. Sign number 2: I went to this big discount store, that basically only sells stuff that's not being made anymore...it's basically a huge clearance store. Well, when I walk in I see this huge, life-sized stuffed Tigger. Tigger is my little nickname for John. I call him that because he's so damned cute and he's bouncy and hyper...like Tigger. This store never, ever sells name-brand toys, only generic toys, ya know, fake Barbies, plastic trucks, plain ole stuffed animals, etc. So for me to see that stuffed Tigger was a shocker. Ok, so signs number 3 and 4: I go to the grocery store and guess what was the weekly special? Boston Butt roasts...LMAO, laugh if you will, but I just happen to love John's butt and he's from the Boston area, so I took that as another sign. The other sign was this, if all the other signs weren't enough for The Universe to make me see that I'm supposed to be doing this site, a teenager that was reading the new WWE magazine, with John on the cover, walks right smack into me and the magazine hits me right in the face. It was like "smack, here's John, right in your face". Am I insane or was my whole day just completely freaky like I think it was? Eh, who knows? But every reservation I had about doing this site disappeared. I can't wait to get it going. It's going to be a lot of hard work, but it's going to be fun, fun, fun. :-D
