Yes,Superman is strong and has laserbeam eyes,but hey,Batman can get that shit with advanced technology,something he has access to because of his money.ALOT of money.That means alot of connections,and when you have alot of connections,it doesn't matter how strong the guy is,he will go down after a certain amount of people.Yes,in this case,it IS quantity,not quality.
Not to mention Batman's got him beat in the skills department.He's a genius,rich,a ladies' man,and he's pretty strong.Did we mention how sexy he is?
With an endless amount of money and connections,Batman should be able to get his hands on some kryptonite,Superman's weakness.Considering how smart he is,he can probably find a way to liquidate kryptonite,putting it in superman's drink,which will,obviously,kill him.
Strength isn't everything,people seem to forget that.
