(Nick)name: Sarah Country: USA Kpop (incl. biases): CNBlue (Jungshin), ss501 (Youngsaeng), Super Junior (Sungmin), Brian Joo, JYJ (Junsu ... I guess?). But, to be honest, I only like CNBlue's actual music (as a group). I love Youngsaeng's solo stuff and Junu's. Kdrama (incl. biases): Vampire Prosecutor is my absolute favorite, probably followed by Shut Up Flower Boy Band (Kim Min Suk, all the way) and then Joseon X-Files/Secret Investigation Record. I've also loved City Hunter, A Man's Story/Story of a Man (I will never be able to watch Park Ki Woong in anything else because, to me, he is Kyung Tae and I have trouble seeing him as anyone else), Crime Squad (I need more Kim Joon in my life) and Prosecutor Princess. I liked PtB, but mostly I love Ji Sung. I love watching dramas and am currently watching Rooftop Prince, IRIS (well, maybe, I don't know if I'm going to finish it), Hero (2012), Return of Iljimae and Kim Soo Ro (did I mention I like Ji Sung?). What can we find in your LJ (private/fan stuff etc) / how much do you post: I

I've not seen A Man's Story/Story of a Man, Crime Squad and Kim Soo Ro but I googled them and they all seem so interesting !! I'm gonna have to add those to my neverending list of kdramas to watch.
I'm currently watching Rooftop Prince and Iljimae too :)
I like the bands you listed (even if I'm bad with knowing Suju and CN Blue members, feel free to into them to me though ) and I'm following Young Saeng's solo career as well (actually I follow all the ss501 solo careers though I'm paying a bit more attention to YS, Kyu Jong and Hyung Jun than to HyunJoong and JungMin) .
I know absolutely nothing about Taiwanese pop music but it would be fun to find out :D
sometimes it sucks feeling old (at 34, omg).
Imagine how *I* feel ... I'm 39 >.< . You'll feel young around me ! :p

A Man's Story/Story of a Man (and it's also called Slingshot, which no one is quite sure why) is really good, but I had a bitch of a time watching the episodes because the last few were broken and I had to watch them on this crappy Russian version of youtube. But they were TOTALLY WORTH IT (seriously, Park Ki Woong). Crime Squad was way better than I expected and I have a whole tag devoted to screen caps I took of Kim Joon on that show (on tumblr, but here's my LJ post about it). Kim Soo Ro -- we've only watched one episode so far (I'm watching it with my RL friend, it and RTP

LOL the problem was the video kept starting and stopping and so it took me twice as long to watch the episodes. :-/ Otherwise, I was watching it on tudou.com (all with English subtitles

I'd love to see him become attracted to someone. Not necessarily a big love scene, but just being drawn to someone. Seeing how he handles it, and if it makes it hard for him to hide he's a vampire... especially if she's human. But that's just me. :)
I would love it if that happened, too. I loved his relationships with Lee Young Ah's character (the only woman on the squad) and I especially liked his relationship with the bartender. I wouldn't mind him hooking up with either (or both) of them. Or some new character. Also, I loved the CotW stuff that went on, along with the underlying issues with his sister. It was just a beautiful show, in every way!
What I've not seen on your kdrama list all sounds so interesting! I'm currently watching Rooftop Prince too and going to start Return of Iljimae as soon as I can squeeze it in.
I've read the Twilight books as well, hated them but I couldn't not finish, and seen the first two movies. Why I thouht that was a good idea I will never know. :p
I've tired sharing kpop/drama stuff with RL friends but they sort of go "O.o" at me so I've pretty much given up.
I should list all the dramas I've seen, I've left a lot off, LOL. Ooh, more people watching Return of Iljimae might spur me on to finishing it! I am loving Rooftop Prince!
Every time I go to see one of the movies, I wonder why I do it. But then I remember that the person I go with (she's old enough to be my mother, but also a coworker and friend) makes everything worth it. We have lots of fun together. So, while I'll never really recover from seeing that birth scene, at least the company was good!
I've got the one RL friend, but most people (especially my sister) side-eye me a lot or humor me. Or just tune me out. It's so annoying.
I have an account on mydramalist.com and since I started getting into kpop/kdramas last October, I've watched 12 dramas ........... I want to watch more of the new Hero show, but I have to catch up on NCIS first. D:
It was gross, but oddly hilarious? I don't know, the movies are bad, the acting is bad, but at least I'm entertained ....
Oh! Another place to check out! Thank you. I need more places to make accounts. *headdesk* You watch NCIS too?! That's one of my US shows I keep up with every week.
Sounds interesting ? But entertained is definitely good.
I adore NCIS. My boss just started watching it and is totally in love with it, too. And my dad watches it and if I don't watch the most recent episodes, he will get on my case about it, because my mom's not interested in it, LOL.
I can't, in good conscious, recommend any of the movies, but yes, I have been entertained. Just, thank god there's only one left.

Ah. But if you have someone great to see something with it's all worth it. The birth scene is prolly why I haven't seen that one. Yet.
Friending you now!
