Here is the news story on my cousin that was murdered. While I didn't know her well, I am still sad and upset that someone would do this. Please keep her parents in your thoughts. They loved her very much.

Investigators in north Georgia have been questioning a man they say might know something about a womans' murder last weekend.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is helping Whitfield County detectives go over the evidence collected at the scene and with interviews of a man who is right now being called a "person of interest."
Whitfield County Sheriff Scott Chitwood said this person knew 49 year old Virginia Ann Simmons but is not being charged with anything right now.
G.B.I. medical examiners confirm Simmons died after being stabbed in her chest.
Family and investigators said it happened sometime Saturday night. Simmons apparently went out the backdoor of her mobile home after the attack, trying to get to her fathers' house but collapsed in her back yard.
The family says her father found her body Sunday evening and then called police.
Sheriff Chitwood won't say why Simmons was killed until his detectives charge someone with the murder.
