Whirlwind
Well it's been a while.
Spring Break was awesome. Jess and I had a blast. It was great to see Laura and the the fam. Some nights got a little crazy but ya know what happens in Jersey stays in Jersey!
The Monday after Spring Break, I woke up with a stomach virus. It seems to be going around school. Jess actually had it while we were in Jersey. SO I missed two days of classes but I am alright now. While I was sick, my friends were wonderful. I had visits, phone calls , and messages all wishing me well and checking on me. It always helps a person get better to know that people are concerned and that they care.
Some crazy stuff has happened this week, but I survived. I had some rough nights but as always my friends helped me through it.
A friend of mine lost her brother a few weeks ago. He was a great guy. He was at home visiting from the Marines, and he lost control of his truck and hit a tree. Even at the young age of 19, I suppose it was his time to go. My friend is making it alright. I know that the family will make it and he will never be forgotten.
Had a date last night. Ask me for details.
Formal is coming up soon. Jess and I both have our dresses and dates so now all we are working on is the schedule for that day.
