is it possible to snore while you're awake?
could someone please explain to me why, even though i got more than 6 hours of sleep last night and the night before, i'm still tired? it makes no sense. the only thing that i can think of is that this new medicine that the doctor put me on makes it so i need more sleep, which is going to be interesting. sleep and i don't always get along so well. maybe if i get a different job where i'm not having to work swing shifts just to get enough hours to survive. who knows. we'll see. until then, i'll just have to master the art of sleeping while standing up and cashiering at target. :)
sadly, i don't have much to say. i could complain about work, but i've done that, and it's not going to help anything. i guess i haven't really done all that much lately. i feel bad for jenny. i understand her reasoning about cancelling her performance, even the reasoning that she won't admit to. but i still feel bad because i know that she was really looking forward to it. i'm glad that we all could brighten her day though when we took her out to dinner.

you know, it's amazing how one little thing, one little thought, a glance, a hello, a simple smile, can change your entire outlook on the day or even your life. wow. just wow.
i can't even express in words what's going through my mind right now. :) an amazing peace is about the best way to describe it. just wow.
