So, I decided to rewatch the X-Men series...
And, right in the start of first movie, Patrick Stewart's Charles starts the introductory monologue and, omg, it's his pick-up line. It's the pick-up line that Charles uses in First Class, about how mutation took us from single-celled organisms to the dominant reproductive species on the planet.
That's kinda delightful.
Okay, I'm going to go finish watching now.
In X-Men, Charles says he met Erik when he (Charles) was 17. Did they say how old Charles was in First Class? Because becoming a professor makes it seem like he should be older than that but brilliance plus mind-reading might mean that he went through school exceedingly quickly.
