Catching up on television:
subtitle: because my life totally doesn't revolve around Kris Allen's music, I don't even know what you're talking about.
Things that I'm caught up on:
Smallville
How is Lois Lane so awesome? And I'm so impressed with the way this show went through some slumps and still managed to come back and do awesome TV.
In some of the recent episodes, there's a little too much focus on Chloe and Oliver... or maybe it just doesn't feel like the right type? I kinda feel like Chloe is basically acting the same way that the villains do, but she gets treated like a hero by the show. The double-standard bothers. And then Clark is made to apologize to her for not trusting her when she's been lying and stockpiling weapons that can kill him. So, that part bothers me.
But I love what they're doing with Lois and Clark and the Blur. Just... love. Can't wait to see how Lois and Clark get their jobs back.
I also really love Tess and Zod. So practical and kinda nuts. Fun characters.
Bones
I am, apparently, never going to get over Angela/Jack. I still want them to get back together. The very idea makes me flail with hope and joy.
I like all the characters, but I'm actually cool with Bones/Booth as either a friendship or a romantic pairing, and everything else, I'm cool with however it goes. But I want A/J so much.
American Idol
Sorry, people on my flist who love this show, but I kinda really hate it. I started watching to get the feel of it because of how much I like Kris and Adam (and the rest of the S8 people), but I do not enjoy watching these kids get jerked around by a sadistic set of judges or to cringe worrying that they'll fail miserably. I will probably only watch the finale (Kris and maybe Adam will be on!) from this point on.
I'm caught up on House but have no real thoughts about it. And I'm skipping this season of Who, so nothing new there, either.
