Ditto. I find the whole thing amusing. Although the fact that Tennant is actually leaving just became very real to me and I'm kinda trying to find a way to cope with that. I bawled like a baby when Nine regenerated, and I'm sure I will with Ten. And I regarded Ten with a lot more suspicion than I am with Eleven.

Mostly I'm alternating between wanting to ruffle his hair or pin him down and cut it off.

Yeah, my lack of interest in Moffat is actually proving to hold. I was worried that I'd get caught up in stuff and find myself thinking "maybe I should watch anyway...", but I'm finding I still feel the same I always did. And as such, I can watch the fandom reactions in a bit more of a detached sort of way. Still feeling much WOE about the fact that my show is changing, but I'm not feeling much more than amusement at the whole thing!

Yes, it's rather reassuring that I'm no more or less interested in watching after the Smith announcement than before. My dislike of Moffat's writing is more important.

He seemed pretty enthusiastic in the Confidential, so that's probably a good sign.

Oh! You still need to see the rest of Blackpool, don't you? What sort of classes do you have next quarter?

I do! My schedule is still three days a week, and I should be around this friday, saturday, and sunday. :) When do you have free time?

Saturday would probably work best. What time were you thinking? Pretty much any time would be fine.

I DO hope that the Eleven/Rose vidding waits UNTIL we get Matt Smith in the TARDIS, because (a) we'll have him in full Doctor mode, (b) people will be able to edit Eleven and Rose in the TARDIS from separate scenes and make it look like they're together with mad skillz and all that jazz!

I admit it, I AM looking forward to the Eleven/Rose vids, though, LOL! And I'm really looking forward to seeing people doing a mix of Nine/Ten/Eleven & Rose vids. It will be quite hilarious. I'm sure some will be LOL-worthy, but I have faith that some really good ones will sneak in.

I share both your hopes and your interest! It would be best for people to wait until there's real Eleven in the TARDIS before doing the vidding, just because it'll flow better. And I'm really interested in what some people might end up creating with all that material.
