Colder Darker Slower: Entropy always wins (Doctor Who).

Anna Begins: House isn't ready for this change (House).

Out of the Blue: Rose had a normal life until she met the Doctor (Doctor Who).

Flowers: Billie!Doctor/Jack vid (Doctor Who/Torchwood).

Bonus Christmas vid for Doctor Who (spoilers for Christmas specials 2005-08):

Fics I've Done

Justice, Be Not Blind: a Miguel fic written after Dexter 3x06 -- "Si Se Puede". One-sided Miguel/Dexter.

Doctor Who
Sweetest in the Gale: Counting backwards from the end in "Turn Left" (Doctor Who/Torchwood/Sarah Jane Adventures).

Someday is Now: The Doctor (Ten II) and Rose set-up for their first Christmas together (Doctor Who).

Realignment 'verse (DW)
Universal Realignment: Post-S3 Rose Returns AU (Doctor Who). The start of the 'realignment' series.

Customs and Traditions: A one-off in the 'realignment' series. Set after Universal Realignment.

Six Coins Silver: "Voyage of the Damned" in the 'realignment' universe.

A Most Noble Undertaking: Bringing Donna into the 'realignment' series (crosses over with SJA and TW). This story is a WIP (four parts up, two to go), because Rose is fighting with me. Hopefully, the situation will resolve soon.

Flowers 'verse (DW)
Red Orchid: the first of my Billie Piper as Eleven fics; this one establishes the change.

A Rose in Winter: Jack meets the newest version of the Doctor.

Cherry Blossom: Eleven/Jack -- the Doctor breaks in his new body (NC-17).

Fannish Highlights from 2008

1. David Tennant on stage. Honestly, this would make the top spot in 'Fannish Highlights of My Life". It was amazing -- not only seeing David as Hamlet and Berowne, but also getting to meet some people that this show has brought into my life.

2. 2008 Vividcon. Vividcon is a glorious celebration of an increasingly valued art form. This VVC brought "Handlebars" (Doctor Who), "Climbing the Walls" (the ultimate 'cest vid for lovers and haters), and "Gloria" (Sarah Connor femslashy vid).

3. Doctor Who series four. Donna comes on and is wonderful! Rose Returns (yay!). Everyone comes back for the two-part finale extravaganza. The Kiss! Catherine Tate and David Tennant have awesome friendship chemistry. David Tennant and Billie Piper look happier than a box of kittens to be reunited. 11 episodes of awesome, plus then the Christmas Special of Awesome (David Tennant and David Morrissey also having fabulous chemistry).

4. Torchwood series two. Which was especially awesome because it took the highest level of quality from the shaky first series and kept that going for the full 13. Funny, sexy, and heart-breaking.

5. Dexter series three. Which I haven't finished yet, but which has, so far, delivered seven amazing episodes. All the characters are well-established, so the show is getting to play around with them.

6. Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog: Neil Patrick Harris (Doogie Howser) as a struggling supervillian looking to make bad. Nathan Fillion (Mal Reynolds) as his nemesis, the jerky Captain Hammer. Felicia Day (Vi from BtVS S7) as the only genuinely good person appearing in the whole thing. A tale of tragedy and triumph being the same thing.

7. The Sarah Connor Chronicles series two. It hasn't finished airing, but I have been adoring. I love the changes in the Sarah-John relationship, really enjoying the new character, love the ways that Cameron's evolved. I love the Ellison and Weaver plot. Just... a whole lot of love.

8. Secret Diary of a Call Girl series two. More character-driven and funnier. Bambi was a lovely addition (Hannah/Belle now having two people she can count on) and the resolution of the Hannah/Alex arc was beautiful and realistic in its pain.

9. Merlin series one. Oh, my word, the cracky delightfulness of this show. A joy to watch.

10. Banlieue 13 (District B13). If you haven't seen this entirely awesome movie, well, it is available on netflix and I would really recommend it. It's in French, with subtitles. It's a bit of a dystopic future movie, with three really great main characters.
