So, I was vastly enjoying the beginning and Donna's scene with her gramps was just lovely and then...
Oh, the Doctor... detailing what he's looking at and then looking up to realize that he's alone. My heart just clenched tight in my chest.
And then back to Donna, thank god and my heart can stop hurting so much.
The timing in this episode is such a beautiful thing. I love it so much. They're working the same case using practically the same methods and going to very nearly the same places. Hee! Just from watching this it is so obvious that they are going to be so good together. Eee!
Once again, watching an RTD show, I am so pleased at the variety and number of women. Lots of women in lots of different roles. It's nice.
Again, hee! The Doctor and Donna's silent conversation is much less one-sided and much funnier than the previews led me to believe. I love this show so much. That was so brilliant.
Oh, they hugged. That's so adorable. I love them so much.
"You've even got on the same suit. Don't you ever change?"
I love Donna so much.
And then Donna asks about the Doctor -- she's worried about him, thinks he looks older, wonders about Rose. Oh, I love her so much.
"Martha Jones. She was brilliant. And I... destroyed half her life." Oh, Doctor.
"I must have been mad, turning down that offer."
"What offer?"
"To come with you."
"Come with me?"
"Yes, please."
“Right.”
Hee! And aw. And... I love Donna.
...
I don't think I can breathe. That's Rose. Donna just talked to Rose. Rose is the one with the instructions for...
IT'S ROSE!! OH, I CAN'T EVEN...
ROSE! There she is! Being all.... Rose. Rose! And then she... faded away. But she was there and...
Oh. Rose.
