(no subject)
im updating!!!!! because i know you're all wondering how brit and i survived up north with the boys. well .... let me tell you... it was awesome!
it was hard having no shower/electricity/toilet, but there was an outhouse..eww... at least we had SOMEWHERE to pee. better than nothing i suppose! there's a wood stove type thing to keep the cabin heated, so that was sweet! and the cabin is actually pretty big!! theres SO many beds.. like 12 double beds! so we could actually have TONS of ppl up there this summer. because YES, i promised jp and bradley that i'd go back! if brit and i (who are the girliest of all girls!!!) can do it, then anyone can! it was really cold up there, and there was even still some snow. lol so we had to layer clothing like MAAD!!! today i had on 2 big sweat shirts (and they were boys' so they were nice and big!), a long sleeve shirt, 2 t-shirts and a tank top. and i was still cold.lol yes, we all looked fat from all the clothes, but it was good to stay warm! britney and i almost cried when we saw how desolate the place was, and how dirty the outhouse seemed. but we made it thru. im SO glad we went brit!!! you're awesome for making me go, and im SO glad i did!! THANKS CHICKY!!
friday night we didnt get there till about midnight, and then we drank and smoked until about 4am! then we got up around 11:30 on saturday and we went 4 wheeling. brit and dev went on one and brad and i went on another (yes we left jordan alone for a bit, but he knows we love him and he got his turn on the quads too!!) and so the 4 of us went through trails and what not. we went thru huuuuge mud puddles! but jordan had all this rain gear and boots and shit up there, so we all borrowed it so that our clothes didnt get dirty/wet. we all had BRIGHT orange coats on!! it looked awesome!! when we went thru the trails, there were trees hanging and branches were low, so brad would tell me when to duck (as i was sitting behind him...holding on for dear life. lol but i trust him so it was actually WAY more fun than nerve-wracking!!!)but at one point brad forgot to say anything, so he ducked and just as i was about to, i got a pine needle branch RIGHT in the face. he definitely felt bad, but it actually didnt hurt that much. lol anyway, it was soooooooooooo amazing, and i love it!!!!! brad taught me how to drive the stick shift 4 wheeler and he thought i'd give up, but i didnt and he said he was proud!! yay me!! then we all went into town to get a couple things and then we just chilled for a bit. i wanted to go 4 wheeling again around supper time last night, but i wanted to drive my own, so i went on the automatic one and brad said he'd come with me and he went on the other one. it was soo much fun!! i love four wheelers!! so we just drank and smoked again last night. lol we got to bed around 11 . hahahaha how sad is that? but i guess we started drinkin early! then this morning brit and dev had to leave REAL early, but myself, brad and jp didnt. so we slept. we got up around 9 to start cleaning and just chilled for a bit and then came home. ya, so i added little pointless details that none of u care about, hahaha! but meh, i wanted u to share my experience. lol i only took a couple pics on my digital camera, cause it ran outta batteries, so if u wanna get a feel of what its like up there, u have to come this summer!!!
it was amazing, and i have the bestest friends IN THE WORLD. u guys make me smile no matter what and for this i love you!
one more thing... "I pitched for APPLES????? we couldda bought the better hamburger buns but instead I PITCHED FOR APPLES????? thats IRATE!!!!!" hahaha oh how i love bradley ferris. lol
and devin.. thank you for toasting bagels for britney and i... its not your fault that they ended up tasting horrible, but i LOVE you for trying!!
