The decision!!
Okay so the woman decided not to go with us and to go with the other buyers. Randy and I are relieved in a way... I mean if the woman was that finiky and stuff now what might she do durring closing? So yeah, we didn't get that one, but someone gave our realtor a tip that another person was wanting to sell with the same floor plan.
Jason is awsome and so has gotten a hold of this man and talked to him in some lenght about what he wants and doesn't want with the sell of his house. The man hasn't even put it on the market yet! So right n ow we are probibly the only people that really know that this house is avaliable for purchase. Randy and I are going to look at the condo on Friday at 5. This man seems to be much more willing to work with us and doesn't seem to be as greedy as the last person was. because the floor plan is exactly the same I can't think of any reason we wouldn't want this one, and no one else could possibly bid on it at this point!
Randy suggested that we saw the first one so that we could get some ideas of what to do for improvements and what not.
We are still trying to guard our hearts and all that stuff, but for some reason I feel more excitement about this one than I did about the other one.
Trying to buy your own place is kind of crazy. Please keep praying for us! :D
