Other than money, what more do I need?
I have great friends that love and support me, and for that I thank you all!
When I got off work on friday Jim (yes, my ex Jim) came and picked me up and I headed over to his new apartment to help him decorate and move in the couches and big stuff. We hung out and watched moves and played games..... shit we used to do. We were laying in the livingroom floor and started watching Ladder 49, but he fell asleep so we went to bed. Got up at like 6:30. He had to go get his mom from work and all that jazz. We got the Uhaul around 930, and he got Kristen around 10, so moving was put on hold. I was shocked... Kristen seemed to handle me being there pretty well. She was talking to me, and we were dancing in the livingroom, and watched Spongebob. She even gave me hugs. :sigh: Such a wonderful beautiful girl. After he took her back, he and I moved in the big stuff and cleaned it up real good. We headed to Target to get new sheets and stuff, took his mom to work, then headed back to his place. I had to walk him through doing his laundry (his mom has done his for the past 2 years)... it was sooo freaking cute! Headed to bed shortly after all that. Took him to the airport on sunday and on the way..... got a flat. Kathy and I had to stop and get a new tire on the way home. Got her taken care of and home safe, so that is what mattered.
It was sad leaving him at the airport. He is only in Chicago till Friday but that is a long time without talking to him. He has his work phone with him, but i dont want to be a bother.... even though he is up there for school, its like a mini-vacation, and he needs that.
Jaime and I had a semi-long talk about the situation with Jim. Seems she will be ok with he and I getting back together... but she wants to sit down and have a chat with him one on one. She wants to make sure he understands how bad i hurt before, and that he will not survive if he does it again. I dont think it is necessary, but she seems to think so. Whatever it is going to take to keep them both in my life, I will try. It feels like a 3 ton weight was lifted off my shoulders.
Now it is back to cleaning. I need to get it done before she gets home, cause then i wont do it cause we will watch tv and be dumb.....
