Hmmm, that's better! fucking cold! has turned into sinus and ear infection. have had to take time off work and my frikkin antiobiotics are not working. will sooooo get fired for being off again. well, i won't, but work will no doubt not be happy and i will get referred to OH. or maybe not, who knows.
it's so annoying though. at least i am not depressed or anxious and off for that reason! my sinuses etc are just fucked. my nose is constantly blocked, the left side of my face, around my eyes and my cheek bone is so sore as is my left ear, whcih i can barely hear out of. when doc looked in my ear he said it was all swollen and red :-( no wax though, woooo. i have antibiotics, i have tried decongestants, nasal sprays, antihistimanes, steam inhilations, pain killers, hot water bottle on side of face and so on but to no avail. i don;t have a temperature though and am not feeling majorly ill or anything. just sore and stuffy and heavy. gonna go back to docs today and demand something that works! anyone have any advice?
