So, Kara is right. For those of you that are keeping track of my list (so, all none of you), I suppose I can cross off #5. It is true, the guy stopped carding us, and he even said one time, "They're cool, I know them," or something along those lines.
I did look for a green shirt this weekend, but I did not find one. I found ones that were the right color, but they all said LAME stuff on them. For example, "You looked better on MySpace." I'm sorry, but I don't want a shirt that says that. So if anyone knows of any cool green shirts, let me know!
I had a pretty good weekend. I spent the weekend at Derek's house in Alsip. His band had a show Friday night. They pretty much rocked the house. They played a 3 hour, 3 set show. AND...I got to hear my favorite song, Bouncing Ball. I'm pretty sure people thought I was drunk when I screamed for it, but who cares. It's my favorite!! For anyone that wants to hear the awesome sounds of Windows Wide (the band I'm talking about), they're playing another show at The Pearl Room (
http://www.pearlroomconcerts.com/) Saturday, April 28th (that's this Saturday, for those of you that are keeping track), at 9 pm. All of the proceeds are going to a great cause. (

On to the rest of the weekend. Saturday we kinda just hung around. But Saturday night, we went to this party at Brenden's (Derek's brother) friends house. This house was AMAZING. The biggest house I've ever seen. Derek had told me before that it was pretty big, but it was friggin' huge. They have a pool on the inside of the house! It's just off the living room and the kitchen. Well, one of the living rooms, and one of the kitchens. The house has 4 kitchens I think? 5 or 6 full bathrooms. It probably wouldn't be a stretch if I said I saw 8 plasma tvs. At least. Their basement was absolutely ridiculous. A full bar, a dance room, a workout room, and the best part...they're putting in a theater! Stadium style seating, HUGE screen tv...the works. I am in total awe of this house. I could go on and on, but I wont. It was huge. That's my story.
Today we came back to DeKalb, watched the rest of the Sox and Cubs game, ate lunch, and then Derek headed home. I haven't really been up to too much. But now I'm going to go eat some leftover Chinese food and then some rainbow sherbet. MMMMMMMmmmmmm.
